Syngenta acquires ValagroThe acquisition of Valagro is part of the company’s efforts to consolidate its foothold in the sustainable practices field and to pursue its mission to advance a more sustainable agriculture good for nature, farmers and society.
Valagro will continue to operate independently and will retain its management team, employees, facilities, and operational independence whilst sharing its expertise, knowledge and technologies with Syngenta to build out a portfolio of nutrient-use efficiency and microbials for the future of farming.
